How to Place an Order

oh.io Employee Brand Store

Welcome to the official oh.io Brand Store! This store is exclusive to approved oh.io employees and is powered by Shopify.

Follow the steps below to redeem your store credit and place your order.


Step 1: Receive Your Store Credit Email

Outreach Promos will pre-load your Shopify customer account with your oh.io store credit.

You will receive an email from Shopify notifying you that you’ve been issued a $X store credit.


Step 2: Activate Your Account & Claim Your Credit

  1. Open the email from Shopify.

  2. Click the “View store credit” or “Activate account” button.

  3. Follow the prompts to log in or create your Shopify customer account using your oh.io email address.

    • If this is your first time accessing the store, you’ll be guided to set up your account.

    • Shopify may send you a one-time login code to verify your email.

Once logged in, your available store credit will be linked to your account and ready to use.


Step 3: Shop the Store

  1. Browse available products.

  2. Select your size, color, or any required options.

  3. Click Add to Cart.

  4. When you’re ready, click the cart icon and select Checkout.


Step 4: Use Your Store Credit at Checkout

At checkout:

  • Make sure you are logged into your Shopify customer account.

  • Your available store credit balance will automatically appear as a payment option.

  • Select Apply store credit to use your available balance.

Important:

  • If your order total exceeds your store credit amount, you will be prompted to enter a payment method for the remaining balance.

  • If your total is less than your credit amount, the remaining balance will stay on your account for future use (if applicable).


Step 5: Shipping

  • Orders are shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout.

  • A flat shipping fee of $12 will be applied to each order*.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

    *Please note that the shipping fee is based on US addresses. If shipping outside of the US, an additional shipping charge will be added after your order is processed. You will be sent a link to pay that additional ship fee which is based on the exact ship location entered.


Step 6: Order Confirmation & Delivery

After placing your order, you will receive:

  • An Order Confirmation Email from Shopify

  • Order details including items purchased and shipping information

Please allow 2–3 weeks for your items to be produced and delivered.
